How to care skin

No wonder you do not get much time for intensive skin care? But do not worry here I am with some  super special tips. Now you can pamper your skin. Some care and healthy lifestyle choices can help delay the natural aging process and prevent various skin problems. 


  • After taking bath apply Aloevera juice on your wet face gently. There are so many Aloevera cosmetics products in market. It would be much better if you get Aloevera plant in your home. Take 2 inches Aloevera leaf, cut into 2 pieces and apply pulp gently on your face. Wait for a while and let it dry up. It protects your skin from scorching sunlight. Always protect yourself from the sun. Aloevera pulp is one of the best sunscreens.
  • Stay away of hard soaps and cosmetics. It steals skin's natural glow. You may apply natural ubtans instead of soaps, gel or face wash. Get some besan (gram flour), raw milk and pinch of turmaric. Apply this paste on your face and neck. Let it dry and rinse off with lukewarm water.
  • Stop smoking. Smoking makes you look older. When you inhale while smoking, it can contribute to wrinkles. Smoking damages collagen and elastin that give your skin strength and elasticity.
  • Eat plenty of fruits, vegetables, sprouts. To encourage healthy skin your diet style should be controlled.
  • You must control your stress.Your body, your face reflects your mental condition. Sound sleep is very important part of healthy lifestyle. Everyday 7-8 hours sleep is must for adults.
